Tailor-made retreats: 1:1 and groups

Create your ideal
retreat

Sometimes you feel it’s time to pause, to get clarity on what within you is asking for attention. A tailor-made retreat offers exactly that space. In a safe, natural environment you get the chance to look at yourself, your relationships, and your patterns from a different perspective.

We explore what you need and design your retreat so you can make the journey alone, with your partner, or with the people who are dear to you.

The big advantage of a bespoke retreat is that all attention is on you, or on both of you. Some people find it deepening to be completely alone, without distraction. Others find it valuable to learn and explore together, and to discover that we each walk our own path, often with surprisingly familiar themes.
We see working on yourself with the support of psilocybin as a form of learning and inner inquiry. For one person, a training or conversation is enough, while for another this experience can be exactly the gateway to new insights. Psilocybin is not a goal in itself, but a tool — something that can help you see clearly what is going on, so that afterwards you can truly work with it.

This way of working is used worldwide in trauma healing, addiction, depression, and personal development. At The Matter, the focus is on personal growth. A careful screening beforehand always ensures that the program truly fits you.

Your ideal retreat

This retreat can be fully tailored to your or your shared wishes. For example, you might consider:

  • additional coaching sessions
  • breathwork, bodywork, or massage
  • one or multiple guided journeys
  • a shared experience as a couple or with a small, trusted group of friends

For some, it is profoundly deepening to enter the experience alone. Others feel a strong sense of connection and support by making the journey together. We regularly see couples doing this together, or small groups of friends who feel safe enough to be themselves.

For some, it is profoundly deepening to enter the experience alone. The journey can open a deep connection with yourself and clarify what truly matters to you. Others experience great value in making this journey together. When you do this with your partner or loved ones, a special form of connection can arise afterwards — with yourself and with each other.

The shared experience can open something within the relationship, deepen the bond, and bring a sense of closeness that remains tangible even after the retreat.
