What an individual psychedelic journey looks like
Your journey begins the moment you sign up. You’ll fill out a questionnaire with a few important questions — this already sets things in motion.
During an online coaching session, we explore together what you want to investigate, process, or learn. You complete a questionnaire beforehand so we can fully attune to your needs. You’ll receive information about the program, and we’ll talk about how to best prepare and how we can support you throughout your process.
When you arrive, we start with a walk through the garden so you can settle in and get a sense of the place. After that, we discuss your intention and choose the truffle dosage that matches your experience, sensitivity, and the purpose of your journey.
You begin the inner journey with a psilocybin tea made from magic truffles. After about an hour, you’ll notice the first shifts and gradually enter a dreamlike inner world — your subconscious.
The experience lasts 4 to 6 hours and can bring both light and dark themes.
-
The light side may bring feelings of love, gratitude, and connectedness.
-
The dark side may touch on tension, sadness, or pain.
When you open to it and dare to look at what arises, it often leads to deep insights that support your personal growth.
Throughout the entire journey, I am there with music, scent, safety, and professional guidance.
After the journey, it’s important to land gently. You’ve experienced a lot; it may feel like walking through a snowstorm in which everything slowly settles. In our comfortable apartments, surrounded by nature, you have all the space you need to relax. We’re close by whenever you need us.
The next morning, we talk through your first insights. These mark the beginning of a process that can continue to unfold in the days, weeks, or even months that follow. Listening to the playlist, practicing gentle self-care, and an integration session after about a week and a half all support this process.
Curious if this might be something for you? Let us know — we’re happy to take the time and explore with you, no strings attached.
