3 book recommendations for deeper growth and personal development

Some books arrive at exactly the right time and only truly land when something in you has shifted. Since my first psilohuasca experience, my curiosity about personal development has grown enormously. I started searching, reading, and learning more, to find what genuinely helps. For myself, and to pass it on to others.

Below is a selection of books that have opened a lot for me. I update this list regularly, because I keep discovering new things.

1. A New Earth, Eckhart Tolle

To be honest, I didn’t understand much of Eckhart’s work at first. It felt too abstract and far away. But after my first psilohuasca experience, it suddenly clicked. This book gave words to something I had felt: that it really is possible to have more peace and quiet in your mind. Not by controlling everything, but by learning to see differently. For me, it was a starting point in understanding how awareness and inner space relate.

2. The Untethered Soul, Michael A. Singer

I share this book with many people before a psilohuasca session. Not because it’s a manual, but because it explains something essential: how we get stuck and how we can make life easier for ourselves. It brings you back to simplicity, to the place where happiness isn’t dependent on circumstances, but on your relationship with what’s happening inside you. It reads like an invitation to soften without becoming weak.

3. A Return to Love, Marianne Williamson

This is one of those books I can keep coming back to. It brings me back to connection, trust, and calm. Everything revolves around inner peace, forgiveness, and love. That may sound abstract, but this book makes it practical. It helps you choose a different response in situations where you would normally react from fear. More softness, honesty, and openness. For me, it remains an anchor.

What these books share is that each of them opens something, in its own way: awareness, direction, surrender, and love. Not as theory, but as something you can experience and practice in everyday life. And that’s what it comes down to: what you take with you, and how you live it.

I hope this selection brings you inspiration, clarity, and confidence. If you have questions or want to share something, feel free to reach out.
